I was totally blown away by the pizza here.
Pizza =Excellent Location=Terrible
This restaurant is located half behind half on the side of a dunkin donuts which from the street makes it look as though you may the choice between crème or strawberry filled crust ( That would actually be amazing) But NO! they are separate
We got a large cheese pizza and knots. FIRST of all. The knots are too darn good. Supper garlicy and soft ALMOST ruining my appetite for pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection and loaded generously with cheese. This instantly became one of my top 10 pizza places. Check it out! -

So I was getting coffee at the Dunkin' Donuts that shares the same space and I saw a fresh slice come out of the oven. I asked the man (who I later found out was the owner) if I can have a cheese slice from the fresh pie. He takes an older slice that only had 3 slices left and said "this is the same, it came out at the same time." He was either misinformed or lied to me and I'm leaning towards the latter because he personally pulled out the fresh pie. The only reason I asked for a slice was because I thought I would be getting a fresh one.
1 Star for lying to the customer and not accommodating a simple request. -

Food was decent, but the owner's customer service skills were severely deficient. The bathroom was posted out of order, so I asked the server behind the counter if I could just use the sink to wash my hands. He was kind enough to unlock the door for me. The owner then comes screaming and banging on the door, ordering me to come out instead of asking politely that I not flush. Extremely poor customer service, and not an experience I'd like to have again. The owner needs to learn some manners.

. Soup is probably cheap canned soup that was boiling hot and tasteless. Pizza hmmm I wouldn't feed my dog with pizza like that. For everything $38. Ridiculous

I decided to check this place out thanks to some Elite yelpers. It was a bit strange and disconcerting pulling up to a Dunkin' Donuts with large signs that say " PIZZA " in the windows. I wasn't sure if all these people really like DD food or what the deal was... so it was time to investigate.
After all, I did call ahead to order 1 large cheese pie ( lightly baked ) and a dozen garlic knots. There was a very nice Italian man on the phone so I was relieved when I finally walked in the door to see real pizza ovens and someone kneading dough. The guys were super nice and made sure my pie was lightly baked and ready when requested. My crew was eating in the car so they gave me some paper plates and napkins. A fellow patron turned to me in the shop , "this is the best pizza in town." I grabbed my nice pizza ooo that baby was good. The crust was mostly soft and doughy with a lightly crispy edge. It was very cheesy but it balanced well with the sauce. The knots were definitely a highlight. They were covered in garlic, Parmesan and spices. I only wished I had bought more to take home.
The only tough thing about this place is the location. It's not easy to see and not the easiest to get to either but once you find it you will be back. If it's too annoying to find, just order delivery!
